FAQs
How do I pick up my patch if I'm the one of the 2,500?
Patches will be available at the event for pick up, under the name of the individual who purchased the tickets. Tickets will not be distributed to each individual ticket holder.
Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
In your confirmation email you will receive a PDF attachment of your tickets. You may PRINT your tickets or display them on your Android or Apple device.
Does our troop/group have to arrive together?
If you are the ticket purchaser you are responsible for distributing tickets to the individuals that do not arrive with you to the event. Individuals that arrive without a ticket will not be permitted access into the event. All participants under the age of 17 must have an adult (18+) chaperone with them to attend the event. This is not a "drop off" event.
What is the refund policy?
We hope you look forward to joinnig us for an amazing, fun filled day. In the event that you are not able to attend please email us to request a refund. Refunds are subject to a $1.00 fee per ticket. No refunds will be processed after March 29, 2013. You may try to find a replacement and work out reimbursement with the individual or troop.
